Hallo

Smartshore realizes a completely new digital customer experience that fits the growth strategy of Hallo, the largest national ICT partner for MKB customers.

The new online experience enables Hallo to make ICT more understandable to their customers and give them more control over the services they purchased from Hallo. The new platform also enables Hallo to achieve their international ambitions.

Start hosting & maintenance hallo.eu

Smartshore's DevOps team is delivering the infratructure and piplines: a containarized structure based on Kubernetes. This makes the website blazingly fast and always available.

In the 4th sprint a first release: the new website Hallo.eu live. Intermediate, smaller releases ensured that the marketing team could start content migration already after the first sprint and the public go live went smoothly.

Design & Design system

Hello chose to develop the frontend of the new digital ecosystem based on React components. Our designers delivered a design system based on TailwindCSS.

Proof of Concept

By technically realizing one crucial and complex customer journey, Hello was able to test the best way to link the new digital customer experience to existing internal systems and tooling within 2 weeks.

In 8 weeks, our creative team worked with Hello to develop a digital future. Specifically, the team worked out key user journeys into clickable prototypes that were extensively tested with customers. The concept and test results formed a perfect basis for Hello to make strategic choices.
