As an Online Marketer at Smartshore you will be challenged every day with the question: how do we ensure that customers become known and become fans of Smartshore at the right time and through the right channels? You throw your energy for data and perfect timing into the mix with your online marketing knowledge and experience.

About Us
We are Smartshore. We provide international hybrid software development teams. Our teams build custom online websites and web applications. Back to that hybrid international part for a moment. Not unimportant ... because ... Smartshore has two offices in India in addition to an office in Utrecht. Some 60 of our colleagues work there, with whom we work closely on a daily basis.

You will be responsible for campaign strategies
As an Online Marketer, you will ensure that our online channels achieve the desired conversions, work optimally and connect perfectly with the experience of our target audiences. This includes tasks such as SEO / SEA optimization and embedding the latest innovations in our websites and social media channels. You will be involved in devising, setting up and executing campaign strategies and managing the content calendar. Testing, monitoring and optimizing various campaigns are of course also part of this. Together with colleagues from different teams you will create, develop and distribute interesting content with which we achieve high and qualitative engagement with our target groups.
You will also work on our CRM. This includes communication strategy to our contacts, organizing events and various campaigns via email and linkedin. The CRM we use for this is Hubspot. We want to adopt an omnichannel strategy to always stay top of mind with our contacts.
As Online marketer you have
You have a completed communications or marketing education at college level;
You have experience in the B2B segment;
You have affinity with the software development sector;
You have experience in writing and editing strong online texts and white papers;
You have (or want to acquire) experience in organizing small-scale events;
You have knowledge of and experience with marketing automation and email marketing;
You speak English well;
You have a sense of design and are familiar with Figma;
You are an expert in the effective use of online and social media channels, especially Linkedin;
SEO and SEA hold no secrets for you:
Pre; You have experience with Hubspot.
