For our office in Utrecht, we are looking for a Software Architect.
You are responsible for the direction of solutions and support for the technical realization of various custom software development projects. You keep an eye on the technical challenges and help coordinate the implementation by our own development teams in India. As a software architect, you map out the technical challenges and possibilities.
For example, you research possible solutions or frameworks and coordinate the realizations with the team in India. If necessary, you provide extensive advice to the customer on the best technical solution. You help fill the backlog, create specifications, do peer reviews, and if necessary, your colleagues are always ready to help and support you.

What will you be doing?
In this role, you mainly have technological knowledge. You feel at home in an international team and enjoy coaching and helping people where needed. This means that you research and develop possible solutions for complex custom software problems. You will regularly advise our customers and development team(s) on technological solutions. You provide direction together with colleagues and help with building. But you are mainly involved in the realization of the solution, together with the (Indian) development team. You check and monitor code and solution.
What are we looking for?
You have several years of experience as a Mid-level Developer, for example, and are willing to take the next step, or you are a Software Architect looking for a new challenge. You are flexible, eager to learn, enthusiastic, independent, and proactive. You speak English and enjoy working in an international environment with both international clients and an international development team. You have an eye for detail and quality. You are resilient and able to work on multiple projects at the same time. You enjoy coaching or even have experience with it. You have knowledge of setting up a full stack, containers, and insight into complex infrastructures. You have knowledge of Unit Testing, Test Automation, GIT, and Continuous Integration.

We work for international clients with the latest techniques and are 'Agile by Nature'. We consist of about 90 people and are growing as an organization.
