Hubble Fleet Managers' annual visit to their own Smartshore team

This week we welcomed once again our longest-standing client: Hubble Fleet Management. Hubble owner Erik is visiting our Ludhiana office with two of his colleagues for their annual visit. Every year, they take the time to work intensively with their own Smartshore teams for a week.

To make this possible, we also fly in the Smartshore colleagues from Goa who are part of those teams, as well as the Dutch scrum master.

This makes this week particularly valuable: not only because of the substantive sessions, but also because the entire team gets to speak to each other personally in this way. Ideas emerge more quickly, challenges are discussed immediately, and successes are celebrated together!

Collaboration with Hubble Fleet Managers

The collaboration with Hubble has been going on for over ten years and continues to grow. This annual visit is a great opportunity for both teams to further strengthen the collaboration, make new plans, and most importantly, build the future together.
