Smartshore Spring Party 2025: A Cozy and Inspiring Evening

Last Wednesday, the third edition of the Smartshore Spring Party took place. Together with colleagues, family, friends, partners, and clients, we celebrated spring in a relaxed and informal manner.

Coming together in an informal atmosphere

At Smartshore, we find it important to get to know each other outside of work as well. The Spring Party provided a great opportunity for this. The atmosphere was casual and warm, with plenty of room for conversations and meetings.

Food, music, and conviviality

The evening was filled with good music, tasty Indian dishes, and a wide selection of drinks. The Indian cuisine was a nice nod to our international teams and was well received by those present.

Keynote by Sjoerd Marijne

A special moment during the evening was the keynote by Sjoerd Marijne, former coach of the Indian national women's hockey team. He spoke candidly about his experiences as a coach and the role of team dynamics, discipline, and cultural connectedness.

His story provided valuable insights on collaboration, building trust, and leadership in an international context. It was interesting and relevant for everyone working with teams.

Review

It was a successful evening, with many familiar faces and a pleasant atmosphere. We look back on a beautiful moment of togetherness and greatly appreciate everyone's presence.
