Smartshore developed an Elastic-based enterprise search engine that is updated daily with new and updated documents. Employees can now search millions of documents from various sources, taking into account Deltares' Active Directory since all documents have permissions.

We created the search frontend in Vue.
We started crawling the first source, creating indexes.
Then we held workshops with Deltares to set up the architecture and reports, taking into account directory structures, document types, Active Directory, setup of hosting.
We started hosting various workshops, resulting in the UX design for the search website.
